Our Location

Mitas Hill currently sells several Texas wines ranging of dry reds and white to a several sweet wines We also offer exclusive reserve wines to members. We handcraft our wine in small batches, and we meticulously hand-wax and hand-label each of our bottles. We believe that the care and attention we give our wines makes them especially flavorful, and we invite you to visit Mitas Hill to enjoy a tasting.

We pride ourselves on creating Texas wines that are accessible to and enjoyed by novice wine lovers and effusively appreciated by longtime wine enthusiasts as well.

	Tempranillo Reserve 2011 This is our second vintage of this reserve wine. Taken from the 2011 harvest, it was aged for three years in oak barrels before being bottle aged for one additional year. MORE »		Rosé 2012 Our Rosé is a dry wine made form Cabernet Sauvignon grapes. It is a pale ruby colored wine with nice aromas of cassis and tobacco, slight raspberry, and a hint of vegetal undertones. 	Syrah 2013 Our Syrah is a dry, ruby colored wine with aromas of blackberry, truffles, licorice, and hint of vanilla over a palate of raspberry, licorice, black cherry, and black pepper MORE »		Zinfandel 2012 Aged in both French and American Oak, the Zinfandel has aromas of blackberry, blueberry, plum, raisin, molasses, and a hint of vanilla. The blackberry, molasses and vanilla flavors carry through to the palate. MORE »
	Black Gypsy 2015 Black Gypsy is made from the Venus grape. It is a beautiful salmon colored wine sweetened to a medium sweetness with fruit forward aromas of plum, persimmon, and grapefruit over a balanced palate with flavors of plum, citrus, and a candy like flavor of red berries. MORE »		Squeezepenny Squeezepenny is made from the Black Spanish grape. This is a sweet, dark ruby colored wine with aromas of blackberries and jam with a savory palate of dark fruits. MORE »
	Bonjice 2011 Bojnice is a blend of Mitas Hill Tempranillo and Cabernet Sauvignon grapes. This is a dry, ruby colored wine with moderate tannins, aged for over 24 months in oak. It has aromas of red berries, and a hint of licorice and vanilla, with a palate of raspberry, spice, and a hint of toast MORE »		Texas Blush 2012 Off-dry, pale salmon colored wine.
